Why I Read The Psalms Daily
An introduction, why read them, and a special invitation
I have read through the Psalms so many times. Aside from the Book of Proverbs, I have read through the Psalms almost every year for the last five years.
If Proverbs is about knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. Psalms is about connecting with all the emotions within our soul.
I find the Psalms reaching me in different seasons of life as well as different situations. Most of all, it shows me how to see opportunities for turnaround when things are bad.
Since discovering how important it is to help me know my emotions and connect with God, I have made it a regular practice to read a Psalm a day and it has changed my life.
Today, I want to share more about the Book of Psalms and how you can dive into the greatness that is this book of the Bible.
