What do you do first thing in the morning? Do you startle awake when your alarm goes off? Or do you start your day off right with a healthy lunch, some exercise, and a list of things you want to accomplish?
The way you start your day makes a difference for the rest of your day.
So, you want to make sure that you start your day well. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it needs to be something that helps you get started. Simply put, start your day in a way that is good for you, and your day will be good.

The morning can look different for all of us. I tend to start my day at 5:00 am, but I know plenty of people who start later. I do not think you need to be an early riser to succeed with your day. So consider your best time to start the day when thinking about this list.
