Experimenting With My Publishing Schedule

How often do you publish on Medium?

Last month, I tried a little experiment where I published 1–2 articles a day, every day. You can read about it here. It increased my views, so it was a positive experiment.

This month, I am going to try something different.

While publishing every day wasn’t so bad with shorter articles, my longer pieces took a hit. So, I am going to pair down my publishing to only publishing on weekdays, Monday through Friday.

I’ll be interested to see if see a drop in views, reads, and fans.

Or maybe, I will write better articles and get a ton more interaction. To be honest, I don’t know. But my goal is to write a few additional long pieces this month and see if weekday publishing is better.
