By Jeff Goins

I have read this book once a year since it came out. When I do this, I discover new things about myself. I also catch something applicable to my life now that wasn’t the previous year.

Premise

The Art of Work takes you on a journey to finding your vocation. While it might have originally been about chasing one’s passions, it really takes you on a journey of exploration.

Ultimately, he helps us understand how to take our passions, dreams, and goals to a place that connects them with the world around us. It leads us to our “destiny.”

Why I Read It Every Year

This book refuels my soul to continue to pursue the life I desire. When things are hard or the future seems uncertain it reminds me to keep going.
