Why Transformed Faith Exists

Hi! My name is J.R. Heimbigner! I am the creator of Transformed Faith.

Thanks for joining me in this publication. I found that it was time to refresh a few things around here. While there isn’t anything that has changed significantly so much, it seemed like it was a good time to do it.

So, here we are, a new logo, a new banner, and an updated ‘about’ section. I thought it might be worth sharing a little of my story. And the story of Transformed Faith to get us back into something new.

How this all began

I worked for a missionary organization right out of college. It was a great job and it was amazing to see what God was doing in the lives of college students. It was also a great experience of growth for me. Yet, I knew early on that it would not be my career or even something I was going to do for a long time.

Sure enough, three years later, I found myself working in business and looking for ways to create like I had done while working in missions. This was a difficult task at first. Mostly because I was growing my family and this new career. There wasn’t much space for margin.
