Here is my take: Change our focus.

Great, they are focusing less on curation and topics which means we should focus more on following and creating.

If Medium isn’t going to show us these things anymore then let’s move onto the next thing.

What’s the next thing?

Build an audience, grow a following, focus on the reader, and not on the platform.
