Hi Paul, I wanted to take some time to look at your books and see what things you might be able to do to give your books some life. After taking a look, here are three things I would consider doing:

  1. Updating your covers. Some of them don’t fit to Amazon imaging very well. Others look like textbook covers. You could either redesign them on Canva using tempaltes or hire someone for cheap on Fiverr.
  2. Update your book descriptions. They all show up as a huge wall of text which is hard to read. You can easily format these by going to this website: https://kindlepreneur.com/amazon-book-description-generator/
  3. Free promo. I would position updating the one book as a special once in a lifetime opportunity to get your book for free on Kindle. I know you don’t make money this way, but it’s important to get two things: downloads and reviews. Free promos are great for this.

The last suggestion I would make is to start with your worst selling book. It probably needs the updates the most.

Then, when you book promo is running, share it with all social media, invite people to download it, and write about it on Medium at least once a day, maybe more for the free promo time.

These would be the three things you could do fairly easily without digging into the books, keywords, or categories.

Though you could try adding categories by following this website: https://kindlepreneur.com/how-to-choose-the-best-kindle-ebook-kdp-category/

Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
