Closing Thoughts on Medium for 2019

My Last post of 2019, here are a few observations…

I have learned some important lessons this year on Medium and with my writing. And before I go any further, this is not a how to get a bazillion followers and make millions post. In fact, I’m not exactly sure this is more than a reflection.

Sure, I’ll share my lessons from this year. But I have no guarantees that my lessons will work for you. And, I completely agree with Tom Kuegler and Anthony Moore that we have too many Medium-Help articles.

But…

I think I have something important to share. And I have a very important lesson I learned this year, well aside from my lesson to be consistent. And I thought I might just share it to help tie a bow on the year.

The Most Important Lesson For Medium This Year

This is a place for writers to test themselves, find their voice, and practice in public until they figure it what the heck they are doing with their writing.
