I believe that manhood and masculinity are in trouble in today’s world. But not because of the typical reasons that follow such statements. When I say manhood and masculinity are in trouble, it’s because of men themselves.

I’m not just pointing the finger at other men either. I have experienced the same problem that plagues so many men in our world today. This problem breaks down men, which in turn breaks down marriages and children and I think it’s time to make it stop.

Nether this little book from Dennis Rainey called Stepping Up: A Call to Courageous Manhood. This book, while bringing connotations of “man-up” masculinity actually makes some amazing points and led is well worth the read.
