It sucks to see a story get zero fans. It’s even worse when the story has a sub-20% read ratio. The worst is a story that gets less than ten views.

Yet, it happens all time. It happens to me. It happens to you. And it even happens to the big-name writers.

Failure is Always a Possibility

When we put a story out into the world, failure is always a possibility. We could see all of our hard work amounts to nothing.

Sometimes that is exactly what happens.

Success Might Come Along Too

The other possibility is a success. Sure, chances are low that we strike gold and go viral. But we could very well get some solid views, reads, and fans.

This is what we all want.

Don’t Be Afraid To Fail

We need to be prepared to fail. So, when it happens, we can move onto the next story. It also allows us to celebrate when success happens too.

Don’t be afraid to fail today.

Write something and push publish.

Do it now!
