Extraordinary and success are not always the same thing.

The word ‘success’ is terribly overrated. People are striving for success left and right. And when they finally get it, they only want more of something. But they don’t know what, so they assume it is more successful. Which it could be, but it won’t ever fill them.

No, success, is an elusive idea. An idea that drives people into a strange kind of madness where they fail at everything else around them. They stop paying attention to their spouses and children. Their lives become this terribly narcissistic parade of becoming the best.

And at the end, when they reach their definition of success, they feel miserable. That is why success and extraordinary are not the same thing.

Extraordinary is something people want to talk about and experience too. People who are living extraordinary lives are learning, growing, and know who they are in life. This is a place of thriving. And most times, in all areas in life.

Extraordinary lives aren’t a singular focus but holistic in nature.

This why people are so drawn to someone who is living well outside of cultural norms. And when we see people who are so happy with their lives, we simply want to be around them. Extraordinary…
