A Thought About Talking To People About Jesus
A reflection
I love talking to people about Jesus.
It’s a fun thing for me because of the responses that his name invokes.
Sometimes, it gets people excited.
Other times it gets people mad.
And every single often, it changes someone’s life.
Sure, there are the Aunt Karen’s of the world who ask you living in sin is or only gives you Bible verse art about things she doesn’t approve of.
And maybe their is radical uncle Larry who talks to you sternly about how you should live and why your going to…
But, there are people like me who will say, “last week, I read this thing in the Bible, and then I had a dream about it with Jesus, and it changed my life.”
Why am I sharing all this?
No idea.
Maybe someone out there is afraid to talk about Jesus but wants to. Here’s a way to do it.
Maybe someone out there has had a bad experience with a Christian (or seven of them) and you think we are all the same.
Or maybe, just maybe, no one is reading and I’m being faithful.
