A 30-Day Prayer Experience To Jumpstart Your Faith
One simple way to pray that could change your life
It can be easy to go an entire day without praying. Sure, you might have morning, nighttime, or meal prayers in your family, but what if you took the time to pray?
I have been a Christian for a long time, and getting into a dogmatic prayer life is easy. You know what I am talking about, the kind of prayer life where you pray the same things day in and day out.
This kind of prayer life is good but tends to create a stale discipline in your faith. Instead of being something that brings great joy, peace, and understanding, it becomes a task-oriented part of your day.
Greater Depths of Prayer
Jesus would pray a lot. We have countless stories of when he would go away by himself a pray. He taught his disciples how to pray. And even until the end, he was praying honestly, bold prayers.
When we step into more profound prayer experiences, something unique happens, almost supernatural.
My wife and I have been experiencing these prayers more recently in our marriage. We start with laying everything going on in life on the table before Jesus. Then, God begins to speak to us as we continue to pray or allow space to hear.
