3 Thing I Have Learned About Daily Bible Reading So Far

I jumped into this adventure of learning more about the “Holy-Daily-Bible-Reading-Exercise” because a friend share with me his frustration about the overemphasis of the church and daily Bible reading.

He, like many others it seems, was frustrated with how much emphasis the church was putting on daily Bible reading and how little it was sharing about putting our faith to action daily or how to actually grow a relationship with God out of that reading.

He said:

“It seems like the church keeps telling us about God the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Bible. Where is the Holy Spirit? Where are we connecting the dots between our relationship with God and the people around us.”

These were excellent questions and important things to consider. Without intentionally taking action, I started down this path of exploring the practice of daily Bible reading.

In today’s post, I want to share three things I have learned so far.
